A. Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Tags must be intact.

B. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/discounted items.

  • Worn or damaged items.

  • Custom or limited-edition drops (unless defective).

C. How to Return

Email us at support@rizzlord.in with your order ID and reason.
We’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.

D. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

E. Exchanges

We’ll gladly exchange sizes or damaged items (if stock is available). Reach out within 3 days of receiving the item.
